I recognize my team members when they do things well
I talk about the "why" of our work when discussing the organization's long-term goals
I give my team members challenging assignments to help them grow
I encourage my team to think about and discuss our organization's impact values
I connect my team members with opportunities to develop skills that interest them
I set a good example for how others in my organization should behave
I model behaviors that are valued in my organization
I ask about a candidate's alignment with my organization's values in the interview process
I trust my team members to make decisions on their own if they stay true to our values
During the hiring process, I have conversations with candidates about the organization's purpose
I demonstrate that I care about what's happening with my team outside of work
I make it clear that I expect others to speak up if I see someone acting in a way that is not aligned with the organization's values
During onboarding, I share stories to communicate my organization's core values and expected behaviors
I help my team members determine where they can grow and develop
I often share stories about the impact our organization has on customers and clients
I give team members the freedom to work as they see fit as long as they adhere to the organization's values
