I’ve always believed that how we spend our time matters.

WE NEED GROWTH.
WE NEED CONNECTION.
We NEEd MEANING.

My journey started with productivity—helping people focus, achieve more, and build better habits. But as I worked with leaders and teams, I realized something deeper: productivity isn’t enough.

We need growth. We need connection. We need meaning.

That realization led me to the University of Pennsylvania, where I earned my master’s degree in Applied Positive Psychology—becoming one of the first 600 people in the world to do so. My research became the first to rigorously study how leaders shape meaningful work.

My mission is simple: to unlock the power of meaningful work to drive peak performance and build cultures of innovation, resilience and growth.

What Do I Do Today?

  • I speak to leaders and organizations like Microsoft, KPMG, and MassMutual about unlocking the transformative power of meaningful work.
  • I train teams to bridge productivity and meaningful work—what I call Peak Performance.
  • I teach at Boston College and the University of Pennsylvania, sharing the science of human flourishing and flourishing organizations.
  • I research, write, and challenge assumptions about what work can be.

What Do I Believe?

  • Workplaces are the key to human flourishing.
  • Leaders have the responsibility to create cultures where everyone can thrive.
  • Most people want leaders who care about them, believe in their potential, and make work matter. And most leaders want to be that person.
  • It’s not just about what is—it’s about what’s possible.

I’ve always believed that work can give us more than just a paycheck – it can be a launching pad for resilience, innovation, and growth.

Thriving teams don’t just happen, great leaders cultivate them.

Over two decades, I’ve partnered with Fortune 500s, startups, and NGOs to transform culture and performance by focusing on people’s sense of connection, impact, and potential.

My journey took me from launching award-winning hospitality ventures and advising global brands like Google and Starbucks, to co-founding social impact initiatives that make real change in the world. Along the way, I discovered that thriving teams don’t just happen—they’re intentionally cultivated by leaders who prioritize belonging, purpose, and growth.

  • I am passionate about social impact and helped produce a documentary for HBO, The Out List, and a book highlighting leaders in sustainability space, I Am EcoWarrior.

What Do I Believe?

  • Leaders have an opportunity and a responsibility to shape an environment where every role can be meaningful.
